After a long summer holiday, here are my first AAWCC attending.  I didn't have my brush wet much

on the past holiday time.

Sheikh Hamdan Al Maktoum

This is our drawing assignment last Wednesday, Al Ain Watercolor club meeting at Wadi Adventure.  I thought it would be too hard for me, but after all it was not as hard as it looked.  My painting looks bit older than the original photo.  Everyone else did it well.

Enjoying the sun

One stroke pen drawing and paint home work.  It is supposed to be a post card but I forgot about the words.  I enjoyed very much a lesson last Wednesday.  It was about  wave on the beach.  I need to do more practice on ocean wave that I did not do well in the class.

Hubby and I gave a farewell treat to our two friends who arrived in the UAE at the same time as us.  They are going back to UK after 10 years and we still here.  Trader Vic's on Thursday night was very busy, luckily that we booked the seats otherwise we end up out side by the pool which still very hot by 7 pm.  We had a good time chatting and shouting to each other when the band was started to play.

I woke up at about 2:30 a..m and couldn't go back to sleep.  We ate very late and that upset my stomach.  I jumped up and down and ended up slept on the couch in the living room.  Got up tired couldn't make it to ice skating practice as planned.
